Venue - Sandridge Barn (An OAK venue) Wedding Planning, Florals, Catering, Directing, Décor by OAK Photographer - Tony Collins I loved this bride from the first time we saw her at the Premier Bridal Show, and we loved working on every aspect of her wedding. She gave me full creative freedom with her flowers and décor (which I L*O*V*E) and went out and found the most unique, amazing dress known to man. She has a sweet family, a quiet, humble hubby and lots and lots of love for each other and their Lord. This was just FUN. Adrian's dad was present in spirit and through a beautiful photograph she had made of her in her wedding dress at his graveside. Her lovely mom escorted her down the aisle and gave her blessings. I decided to incorporate lots of dried flowers in with some of my favorite colors and types of fresh flowers, and some foraged flowers, to really make a unique statement. I love dried flowers because they remind us that even when our love is "old" it's still beautiful and very useful (and lasting . . .). I want all of the weddings I coordinate to be "dried flower" sort of marriages.

We couldn't be happier to have the opportunity to work alongside Brianna and Josh in preparations for their wedding day. Their story is an extra special love story that needs to be told! Here's their story, in Brianna's words:
HOW WE BEGAN DATING: In April 2011, Josh and I started talking on Facebook. We met at a store in Walnut Grove for the first time. Every weekend, we started riding back roads and hanging out. It turned into an every night thing. In September 2011, he finally asked me to be his girlfriend. We, eventually, began to do everything together: hunting, fishing, mud-riding. On December 20th, 2014, after dating for three years, I was involved in a horse accident, where I was put into a medically-induced coma for two weeks with a severe brain injury. As I’ve been told, Josh never left the hospital. He only went home to shower and change clothes, and was right back with me while I fought for my life. Though the doctors told my family I was brain dead, God was not through with me. Josh said I was just playing a joke on everybody, that I would wake up and say “gotcha.” I started waking up on January 5th, 2015, and little by little, began to come around. I shocked the doctors and nurses at the progress I made with each passing day. I walked out of Methodist Rehab on February 6th, 2015. By March 2015, after rehab and hard work, I was driving, back at work and resuming my normal life. While we don’t realize why sometimes, God always has a perfect plan for each and every one of us. Josh and I realized life is too short and we were ready to get married and start our life together. We learned many things from my accident, and our love for each other only grew stronger. HOW HE PROPOSED: On February 14, 2015, eight days after I was home from inpatient rehab, Josh was going to take me out for Valentine’s Day. It would be our first date since my accident. So of course, I was ready at 5:00, waiting on him. I had big plans to go to Jackson. Josh showed up about 7:00. I was ill, of course, because he said he had been working on a food plot for deer. When he showed up, he said we just needed to go somewhere close. We decided to go to The Fish House in Walnut Grove. After we ate, he said he wanted to go to the sand bar where we had our first kiss, to watch the stars. It was very cold. I didn’t really want to go, but he was dead set on taking me to watch the stars. When we got there, we parked the truck and rode the four-wheeler to the sandbar. I saw lights across the sandbar; I thought it was alligator eyes. He assured me there weren’t that many alligators. He told me to go check it out. I pranced over there to see. When I got there, I saw candles lit up everywhere, which spelled out “Marry Me.” I read it about four times just to make sure I wasn’t reading it wrong. I turned around and he was on one knee with the ring. He asked me to marry him, and I said, “Yes! It’s about time!” Today, Josh and I couldn’t be happier! We are ready to start our new lives and believe that we can and will conquer anything that life puts our way. We have been truly blessed by the good Lord above and count our many blessing every day. We are so excited for this fall wedding at Sandridge Barn Venue. Carley and Maggie Carlyle are just precious people and we wish them a happy, happy forever with Tyler! Here's their love story, in Carley's words:
How we met: When Tyler and I first met I had a one year old daughter, Maggie Carlyle, and in my first year of college, and I was always on the go. Needless to say, I was not looking for my forever soulmate at the time. My brother had recently started working at MDOT in Newton with Tyler. They would come to the house and fish a few afternoons during the week, but I was always rushing and just waved as I drove by. One afternoon, I decided to stop after I had picked up my daughter from the babysitter. Mine and Tyler's reaction to each was a simple "Hey" but both of us knew the look on each other's faces. Maggie Carlyle and I fished for a few mins and when on to the house as we always do. A few days went by and I not wanting to admit to myself that I was anxious to see him again went by slowly. When Tyler came back to fish with my brother we began to talk a little more and gradually became pretty close friends. I instantly fell in love with the way he treated my daughter. It was all I had ever wanted and she LOVED him. The weeks past by and I would see him a couple of days a week but would never give him the chance to take me on a date or even get near me for that matter. He was my best guy friend that became my crush suddenly and I wasn't prepared for it and didn't want it. Tyler bowled on a team 2 nights a week and I was itching to see him bowl. I finally gave in to our first date at the bowling alley, by my choice. It was an absolute blast, I just didn't think he was as good as he was! Over time we began to date for several months. He adored and treated Maggie Carlyle and I like we were queens. We ran into to bumps along the rocky road of relationships with single moms that I myself couldn't handle. We let each other go our on ways for a few months but couldn't stand the thought of not being with each other so we kept in touch. If it was meant to be it would happen and IT DID! Here we are 81 days till we say "I DO!!!" How he asked: On May 23, 2015 it was just another "normal" day at the Newton County Animal Clinic as I got there at 7:00 and was exhausted by the time I left at 12:30. I was rushing to get to Tyler's to get ready for his bowling tournament in Meridian so I could ride with his parents. My Mom, Brother, and Daughter were already in Meridian to shopping and was going to bring Maggie Carlyle to us when we got there. I was slightly ill, grumpy, and tired because it had been quite a morning already. I rushed up to get a quick shower and throw on some clothes as Tyler rushed to the bowling alley to warm up for the tournament. Mrs. Sandra and Mr. Chuck, Tyler's parents, hurried me along and we were in our way to what I thought was just a bowling tournament. I had on no makeup and was casually dressed so I decided as Mrs. Chuck drove 90 to nothing to get there before 2:00 to put on a little makeup. He told me if he missed the first ball we might as well not go so he hurried on. We made it and it was crowded. I just wanted food. Ha. I ordered my lunch and went to sit down to wait on it when my mom, brother, and daughter came in and informed they would watch for a little while. As everyone sat at the table, my name was called up to the front to what I thought was my food was ready. Needless to say my food was not ready and Tyler grabbed my hand. He walked me down the steps and on to the lanes where he knelt on one knee and said " You know I've always loved you and I want to for the rest of my life, So will you Marry Me?" Maggie Carlyle hurried over to give me my absolutely gorgeous ring! Maggie Carlyle and I couldn't ask for anyone better. Tyler is the absolute best Daddy and we are two lucky and blessed girls to be able to spend the rest of our lives with him! Story behind the bowling alley: That's where it all started! Our First Date! And I had recently asked Tyler if we ever got married would it have to be at the bowling alley because we spend lots of weekends there and his response was a funny picture of a couple getting married on the lanes. I was definitely not for that moment of our life's to be shared at the bowling so he found another way and we got engaged there with family and friends! an OAK wedding - Florals, Catering, Décor; Sandridge Barn Venue; Brandy Stuart Photography Carlie and Brandin were two of the classiest, friendliest and most appreciative people we have had the joy of working with. The day was beautiful and the color palate selected by the bride was gorgeous against the rustic, barn venue backdrop of Sandridge Barn. We loved the light colored peonies and roses of the bride's bouquet and their contrast to the deep pops of pink in the bridesmaids' bouquets.
Many thanks for letting us be a part of your wedding day - Photographs by Brandy Stuart June 27, 2015, a day that will not be forgotten. Erin and I (Bethany) are still so humbled and honored to have been a part of the wedding of John Luke Robertson and Mary Kate McEacharn, and we are SO appreciative of the support shown by our community and friends as the episode aired last night. Wow. What an experience. We would like to share a little of the story with you guys - be warned. . .this may take a while to get in all the "thank yous": We really enjoy wedding planning, especially when we have "freedom" with styling and design, so when we met with Mary Kate and her mom, Shari, and realized that what they wanted was a "beautiful, fun" wedding (however we could make that happen), we were thrilled. When we first visited the site, the Robertson's gorgeous farm, our excitement grew. Pictures cannot do justice to how amazing the space really is, and we quickly began planning some different ideas to make this wedding extra special and perfect. We just cannot thank the McEacharns and the Robertsons enough for trusting us and allowing us to have this opportunity. Fast forward many months (past the hundreds of phone calls, emails, revisions, vendor lists, contacts, more revisions, more phone calls, meetings. . .all of the behind the scenes stuff that wedding stylists and coordinators do) and we realized that we had landed the most incredible "OAK Team" ever. We looked for vendors that had personality, unique styles, talent and a passion for their job. And, boy did we find them. We didn't have to look far to find the floral designer for the wedding party flowers, the outdoor centerpieces, and the wedding arch! Korie Robertson gave us the name of one of their personal family friends, Amanda Jerkins, owner of Amanda Jerkins Design in Nashville, TN. Mary Kate and I worked together to create a palette that would really "wow" both in person and in pictures, and then Amanda and her team completed the tedious process of flower selection, design and construction to make it all come to life. A large part of this design was centered around a vintage style, mismatched seating arrangement for the wedding ceremony. It took a little bit of planning to find the perfect layout, in the perfect place on the farm, for that time of year and day. This part of the design also is what gave us the most heart attacks, as the furniture we HAD to use could only be used if there was no rain. . .and you guessed it. . .it was raining when we woke up that morning and the day carried a 100% chance of more rain. This led me to do something I RARELY do and pray that there would be NO RAIN on this wedding day, and, I kid you not people, the radar literally broke up in front of our eyes and the rain all just disappeared. Thank you God for the AMAZING day that followed (see pic below). Some of the most amazing people we met through the process were the ladies at Pursuing Eden. Kristal, Deadre and the Pursuing Eden team were the perfect fit with our OAK wedding family. Located in Longview, TX, the ladies provided ALL (yes, that is ALL) 200 mismatched wooden chairs, all of their wedding benches, quilts, a very large selection of vintage sofas, chairs, side tables and some very enthusiastic, hard working crew members to transport it all (notice the "tetris" style packing on our trailer in the above picture). Even though Texas was dealt some major "blows" with rain this summer, these ladies were always encouraging and willing to provide anything "extra" we needed throughout the planning process. After the panic of the rain on the wedding day began to subside, we got EXTRA busy setting up (we had a REALLY cooperative, amazing team of OAK employees busting their rears to help us all day and night). While all the details were VERY important, we did have one guy in particular who helped in really LARGE ways to make the reception area beautiful. Ben Johnson, of Alpha Tent is one of our favorite tent and rental vendors, and he provided us with some GORGEOUS sailcloth tents. Because of the number of guests invited and the means of transportation necessary to move all guests from the parking area to the wedding site, we set up a "pre-ceremony" tent full of food, games and even a mariachi band (a surprise from Willie to John Luke and Mary Kate). The tent had clear sides, a sailcloth top and was air conditioned. A LOT of very hard work went into this construction (thanks Ben!!!). Along with that, we had a couple of 20x20 tents and a 20x30 tent for "lounge areas" in the reception, all provided by Alpha Tent. One reason we love sailcloth is the way it reflects light at night. Even though we don't have a great picture, the large tent was incredible at night and provided a neat "glow" to set off the reception site. (The X back chairs are also a rental from them!) Really with any wedding day, the hours between 7:00 am (or earlier) and ______ (fill in start time) take about 20 minutes to complete. Pretty much, we wake up, start working and BAM, it's wedding time before we know it. This day was no different. The tents were up, the furniture was placed and all of the vendors were arriving, looking to us for direction. It's. SO. MUCH. FUN. Every time. As previously mentioned, we had to "bus in" the guests from a "parking" location to the site (because there is no parking on site) and this created a challenge that was a little new to us. We had the guest list, RSVPs and the amount of time it took to bus X number of people in each bus from point A to point B. . .We assigned all guests an "arrival time" (which they, like troopers, stuck to) and location. BUT, as with any event (especially ones with 800+ on the guest list, being bussed in, on a tight schedule), we had to make last minute changes. Because of the weather forecast, the decision was made the night before (yes, the night before) to move the ceremony back one hour. Smart move (if the rain was coming), but that also meant Erin and I were going to be making LOTS of phone calls to guests that night to switch some arrival times!!! In the end, it went off flawlessly! The flowers in the Preceremony tent (along with the tablecloths and table décor) were created and styled by OAK in the selected wedding colors. Some of the details in the tent, aside from the Mariachi Band, included some specialty cookies by OAK's favorite "cookie extraordinaire", Claudia Eichelberger of Claudia's Creative Cookies. She's a "hometown" girl and we knew she would do a FABULOUS job customizing some delicious cookies for guests to use as conversation starters and tummy fillers. Check out her Instagram for more of her creations. We were also able to provide some "pre-ceremony" cigars to the guests, provided by The Country Squire. This served as a precursor to the full cigar bar provided by Governor's Cigars. The Country Squire also provided cigars for the guest bags, passed out to hotel guests upon arrival. So, we made it TO the ceremony, which was gorgeous, amazing and extremely sincere (with girls in their custom Sherri Hill Dresses), and upon arrival guests were encouraged to grab a "fan program" designed by Erica Wilkerson Stone of Erica Ashley Design (she also designed the GORGEOUS invitation sets). They were then escorted to their choice of mismatched wooden chair, bench or quilt as their seat for the wedding ceremony. The Vintage Lounge furniture was reserved for the family seating. After a beautiful ceremony officiated by Willie Robertson, Rev. Paul Lipe, and Bruce McEacharn (offering his prayers during the ceremony) (and directed by me and Erin!!), the wedding guests made their way to a fun, "food truck" style wedding reception (with an OAK swing on "food trucks" using a couple of airstreams :)) while the family took pictures. The wedding photographer for the day was Three Nails Photography (from whom many of these pictures were provided, as well). The amazing videographer for the day, who also let us use his airstream in our decor, was Max Zhogbi. We are fortunate to work with many great local photographers through OAK jobs, and we knew we could use an extra hand snapping photos of our own OAK details, so we asked Brooke Wilcher of Blessed 2 Focus Photography to come along as an OAK team member! Thanks so much to both of these for their talent, time and photos to use! Now ON TO THE RECEPTION! There are so many details in the reception, that I am sure to miss something really cool. We had to find JUST the right people to fix the reception food. Mary Kate wanted "bite sized" portions (similar to a food truck feel) and we found the right fit in Waterfront Grill. Their team prepared BBQ Shrimp and Brisket Sliders, Teriyaki Chicken Skewers with Vegetables and a Remoulade Salad. Our OAK catering team prepared Mini Chicken and Steak Tacos on a specialty "grill skillet" handmade for the event and roasted corn and peppers. The food was fantastic and everyone left with a full stomach! The reception décor was provided by OAK and through Ben Johnson's rentals. The farmhouse tables used as guest tables were handmade for this occasion for OAK (and we will be using them for years to come). With the help of some very generous OAK employees, I constructed, painted and distressed around 100 wooden candlesticks in 3 different colors and we used battery operated candles to give a great "glow" to the outdoors. Along with the entrees, guests had some fun options of Sno Cones (provided by John Luke and Willie's Ice Cabin) and gourmet popcorn, provided by Farming for Humanity. After the sun went down and guests were finishing up eating, the music started up and the dancing began. Of course, the cakes still had to be cut! We knew immediately who we wanted to invite to be the part of the OAK team that would prepare the cakes - Hailey Williams of Cups-N-Cakes, our "go to" baker. Her talent was demonstrated through the 6 tier bridal cake with 18 smaller accent cakes in almond, strawberry, Italian cream and some gluten free layers for Mary Kate! This was certainly a show stopper (and tasted amazing, too)! In lieu of a traditional groom's cake, as John Luke is allergic to chocolate, Erin, John Luke and I decided to go with a Cronut display, and Hailey willingly did some research to make that happen! The reception was beautiful and fun, and (we hope) everything the bride and groom wanted for their one special day. There are SO MANY people we cannot thank enough and that we couldn't have pulled the day off without (please see the "special thanks"). Again, thank you so much for allowing OAK to be your wedding stylists, planners and coordinators! Much love for the rest of your lives! Preceremony tent flower arrangements by Bethany at OAK. Signs handmade by Bonnie Kate Zhogbi (and some of the pictures are hers, too!). After some really gorgeous fireworks, the bride and groom left to a shower of dried flower petals (see photo of bucket above :)). Special Thanks to: Ilean Means, Stephen Means, Tisha Veazey, Megan Everett, Katie Mitchell, Dustin Mitchell, Loyd Glaze, Brady Power, Bryce Power, Joy Power, Kara Beth Johnson, Emily Cox, Kelsey Cox, Madelyn Peterson, Phillip Williams, JPS Aviation and Transportation, Delta Ridge Implement, Larry and Audrey Estes, Tom and Peggy Yates, Tish Miller, Angila Summit, Veronica & Diego . . . Thanks, too, to all of the film and sound crew and the wonderful, gracious McEacharn and Robertson families, Bruce and Shari, Willie and Korie, John Luke and Mary Kate. The bride was beautiful. The day wasn't EXACTLY like we had hoped; we moved all of the chairs indoors and crammed 200+ people into the alley, but in the end, all is well. The following pictures, all by Christen Goldsby, capture some of the beautiful parts of an otherwise messy day. Much love forever, you two :) -Bethany
Congratulations to Payton and Zach, one of OAK's newest couples! We look forward to sharing in your wedding this June! Here is their love story, in Payton's words:
How we met: Zach and I met at a party during our freshman year of college. He played baseball and I was on the cheer squad. The baseball players had very strict curfews and he was late leaving in time to meet his curfew. Somehow we landed in the car together while riding back to campus that night. It was funny, because we had a conversation between us about how both of us were loving being single! We saw each other several times on campus and at different friend’s apartments the next few weeks. All of my life I have had a passion for dance and I actually posses many years of experience in the dance field, even as an instructor; but I have to say that my attraction to Zach was that he was a much better dancer than me! I also began to notice that he was such an amazingly happy person and was hilarious to be around. In the fall while campaigning for homecoming court, I offered him a cookie. He often expresses how delicious that cookie was. Soon after, he began texting me and we started spending more and more time together. We had some of the best times together simply riding back roads. The two of us seemed to be always carefree and laughing while we were together. He truly made me smile so effortlessly. We have spent very little time apart since that fall. Zachery is my one true love that I consider a gift from God and thank him for everyday. The Lord knew already had a plan that late summer night when he placed us at the same place at the same time. How He Asked: An amazingly talented photographer that is a close friend of my moms, text me one afternoon a few weeks ago. She said “Payton, I have a favor to ask you. Would you and Zach be interested in ‘modeling’ for me next Saturday morning? I have an idea I would like to try. Let me know if you’re interested.” Hope and I have spent a lot of time together the last few years. She shot my senior pictures, special occasions and had even taken a few photos of Zach and I together once before. So needless to say I was excited and Zach seemed to be ok with her idea. Hope and I worked out the details over the next few days and I never even had the slightest suspicion that it was actually Zach that was putting her up to reeling me in. After a little car trouble (which through Zach’s plans slightly off schedule), Zach and I arrived early that morning at the meeting place Hope had requested. She was going to photograph us spending time together at Dunn’s Falls, which is a beautiful waterfall that flows into the Chunky River in Enterprise, MS. Little did I know that while she was beginning our session, both of our families were traveling to the waterfall also. Zach had thoughtfully remembered that I have always said I wanted our families to be there when that special day came. But since our families couldn’t let me see them and spoil the surprise, they were trying to judge the proper timing after the car trouble we had experience and were a few minutes later than what Zach had planned. Hope had already captured us holding hands and just being Payt and Zach on the venture down to the falls. She then began shooting various moments of us in the bottom of the fall. Once it was time for his big moment, she cued Zach and he ignored her cue. Needless to say both Hope and Zach became a little nervous, (at least they said they did) but I never noticed. See, Hope didn’t realize that Zach was waiting on the families to arrive. They had a small miscommunication between them and she didn’t know that he wanted our parents on top of the lookout above the waterfalls watching the proposal. Hope took over and decided to shoot a few more creative shots of us. Zach finally saw our parents up high. The big moment came for Zach and I had my back turned to the waterfall. Hope instructed me on where to stand for her next shot, she stepped away with the camera and I watched as sweet Zachery knelt down on one knee. Happy tears ran down my face and I knew what was coming next. There was no doubt what my answer to his question was. As we enjoyed the moment and exchanged a big hug, I could hear cheers coming up from the top of the waterfall. I looked up and noticed our families looking down and it was at that moment I knew my dream was real! We enjoyed lots of hugs together with our parents and siblings at Dunn’s Falls. Of course, we had to grab a few more photos with the ring on my hand and even caught Zach admiring his perfect choice more than a couple of times. We posed for a quick group photo and then headed back to our hometown. I then found out that Zach had picked out a perfect new dress for me to wear and had arranged a gorgeous vintage inspired surprise engagement luncheon at a local restaurant. The restaurant was decorated wonderfully just for us and to make it all the more special our closest family and friends joined us in the celebration. We are so excited to welcome Kati and Jake into our OAK wedding family. Here is their love story in her own words:
Our Love Story Jake and Kati shared some of the same friends for many years but never officially met. They always knew of one another and were Facebook friends, and Jake always thought Kati was pretty. He just could not ever build up the nerve to ask a friend about her, but one day, a friend of theirs told him that she was a good girl and that he should try to take her on a date. So typically, he messaged her on Facebook and was just trying to start a friendly conversation. The whole time Kati knew what he was wanting. Eventually, he asked her out on a date. She was not really interested but decided she would go because it sounded like a fun time and she got a free meal out of the deal. The day after, Jake had to go to work for a week, but they continued talking. While he was gone, Kati went on a date with another guy. The whole time she was there, she could not get Jake off of her mind. She finally couldn’t handle it any longer, so she went to the bathroom and called Jake to tell him where she was. Needless to say, he was upset, but it did not show. When Jake came back home, he took her on a romantic date to a fancy restaurant, and during their discussion at dinner, he asked her what she would do if he asked her to marry him that night. She was stunned by the question but she already loved everything she knew about him. She could tell that he was definitely falling for her. From then on, their feelings begin to grow stronger and stronger, and they eventually fell in love. Within seven months, they knew they were right for one another, and Jake proposed on Christmas Eve. He was wrapped in a huge box and when Kati opened it, he was on one knee, and asked her to marry him. Without any hesitation, she said YES! June 14, 2014 started out like any other day, I was headed to the Frank Cochran Center in Meridian to help my jiu-jitsu academy host the jiu-jitsu states games. Greg, who at the time was stationed in Gulfport for advanced job training with the Navy, decided to make the drive up to Meridian to compete in his first black belt super fight. After watching Greg quickly win his match, I was instantly attracted to him. Little did I know that he had already noticed me way before his match. He says it was all of my tattoos and red hair. I had a feeling that he wasn’t from the South, and that’s where the conversation began. He was so shy at first, and would barely talk to me (even though his jiu-jitsu professor had already told him that I was “making eyes at him”). That in return made me shy. We didn’t establish much in that conversation. But as soon as he left to head back to Gulfport, I hunted him down on that wonderful thing called Facebook. A month passed and we still hadn’t communicated since the state games. Then all of a sudden I had this urge to simply send him a message on Facebook. I asked how Mississippi was treating him, and we haven’t missed a day of talking since. He made the first trip up to Flowood to visit me. We took turns visiting each other for about a month and a half before we decided to make this official. Finally, the dreaded last weekend of September came to pass, and Greg would graduate from his training course and head back to his home in Virginia Beach. That weekend was the last time we saw each other until my Thanksgiving break. Even though it would only be for a few days we made the most of it. The next time we saw each other was for New Year’s Eve. I flew into Virginia on New Year’s Eve, and this would be one I’d never forget! We went out to dinner at an amazing Brazilian steakhouse, and talked about what we wanted to do after dinner. Considering I hate being cold, and it was freezing in Virginia I was all for going back to the house, putting on my pjs, and watching the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. And that’s just what we decided to do. Unfortunately for Greg, this threw a monkey wrench into his perfect romantic proposal idea. We got back to the apartment, and I headed for the bedroom to put on my pjs. Greg followed me into the bedroom and blocked my path to the vanity mirror to take off my jewelry. I asked him what’s up. This began his nervous fit of awkward laughter! I knew something was up at this point! I pushed my way past him to the vanity and he once again followed me. He got down on one knee, and asked me to marry him! In my normal fashion, I started jumping up and down and dancing all over the room before I even said yes! He told me after that he had this whole romantic speech planned, but got too nervous to say it all. I was taken back by just how beautiful my ring was. He did a fantastic job! And so begins our engagement journey.
This all sounds so simple, but it really isn’t. A long distance relationship is hard, and takes more work than a normal relationship. The foundations for our relationship are trust and communication. We make time for each other every night, and make the most of the few times we get to see each other. Greg spoils me rotten! If he’s not taking me on some kind of romantic date when we are together, he’s sending me flowers. Many couples take for granted cuddling on the couch watching a movie, but we take in every minute; because, we know until we get married those nights will be few and far between. When we get married in June, and I leave Mississippi to move to Virginia Beach the amount of time that we will have spent together physically will only be one month. But I know deep down in heart that we will make it through that adjustment. I can’t wait to start the rest of my life with the man God created just for me. |
